Machine specification

• Ball screw : High precision ball screws having double preloaded nut on each axis ensures smooth movement remove backlash, accuracy and rigidity.
• Inverter : Inverter is adopted for infinitely variable feed movement. Feed change by dial on a panel makes digital operation and appropriated choice of feed speed.
• Automatic lubricator : The slide way and ball screw of all axis are properly lubricated with automatic lubricator.
• Universal Bi-Rotary head : The universal bi-rotary head consisting of upper head and lower head can be turned to any desired angle. Therefore vertical, horizontal and combined angle milling is available.
• Inducted fluorine resin to the main slipping face, attached the other guide which is an alloy element such as Chromium and eleminates the effect exerted to the machine upon lowering the friction factors overloaded, absorbs the slits vibration as it has big elastic factors as well as good lubrication and so protect the its own damp surface and opposite friction face.
